Terms of Service

1. What Kittaak offers

Kittaak is a streaming and events platform for Indian regional-language content, starting with Kannada. Through the Service you can:

• Watch films. Browse free titles, buy individual films, or subscribe to a monthly plan.
• Buy event tickets. Book seats for live theatre and other events listed on the Events page.
• Support creators. Make voluntary donations to creator channels.

2. Accounts

You need an account to stream, buy films, subscribe, or donate. Event tickets can also be bought as a guest using an email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase; anyone under 18 may only buy with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Content and rights

Films on Kittaak are uploaded by their creators or rights holders, who confirm they hold the rights to distribute them. Each title goes through a rights review before it is published. Your purchase or subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to stream the content on Kittaak for non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, download outside the apps’ offline features, redistribute, or publicly screen any content.

If you believe content on Kittaak infringes your rights, contact support@kittaak.com with the title and details of your claim, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

4. Payments

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed (US dollars or Indian rupees, depending on your region). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Events

Event tickets are for the specific performance, date, and seats shown at checkout. Venue rules apply on the day. Performance details such as cast or timings may change; if a performance is cancelled, ticket holders are refunded as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to bypass access controls or regional restrictions (including by VPN), share accounts commercially, scrape content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The Service, including all content and events, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kittaakbudteevi Films Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
